It is propelled by a Hitachi/Siemens AC-drive system and features updated truck-frame design for greater durability. AC-retarding to near-zero ground speed reduces brake wear and lowers operating costs. It comes with a choice of two engines-power ratings, two final-drive rations, and a customized body.
